Bibbo in the movies?

Hey, I saw this in a movie, "Dr Renault's Secret," where character actor Mike Mazurki (Moose Malloy in Murder, My Sweet, a 1940's adaptation of Raymond Chandler's "Farewell, My Lovely") seems to be channeling a Bibbo vibe! I added the balloons-- couldn't resist:)
